The posting

- Realizar o controle diário da jornada dos colaboradores, conferindo marcações de ponto, locais de registro, atrasos, atestados, faltas, horas extras e demais ocorrências necessárias para o correto fechamento do ponto.

- Elaborar, conferir e emitir relatórios de vale-transporte e vale-refeição, garantindo a precisão das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.

- Controlar a emissão, entrega e atualização das fichas de EPI, bem como registrar a entrega de uniformes e equipamentos de proteção individual aos colaboradores.

- Organizar, arquivar e manter atualizados os documentos dos colaboradores, físicos e digitais, assegurando que estejam devidamente assinados e em conformidade com os procedimentos internos.

- Prestar apoio ao processo de fechamento da folha de pagamento, realizando o levantamento e lançamento de eventos variáveis, como horas extras, adicionais, descontos e faltas, no sistema da contabilidade.

- Apoiar os processos admissionais, incluindo o preenchimento de formulários, envio de informações à contabilidade, entrega e recolhimento de contratos de trabalho e demais documentos pertinentes à admissão.

- Atualizar e controlar os cadastros e informações dos colaboradores nos sistemas internos da empresa.

- Realizar o agendamento e acompanhamento de exames admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho, mudança de função e demissionais junto à empresa de segurança e medicina do trabalho.

- Encaminhar e controlar atestados médicos e demais documentos relacionados à frequência dos colaboradores junto à contabilidade, quando aplicável.

- Prestar atendimento aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas relacionadas às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, conforme orientações da coordenação.

- Apoiar processos de recrutamento, seleção e integração de colaboradores, conforme demanda e orientação da coordenação de Recursos Humanos.

- Manter conduta ética, sigilosa e profissional no exercício das atividades, preservando informações, documentos e conhecimentos relacionados ao trabalho, bem como contribuir para um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, respeitoso e alinhado aos valores da empresa.
