Vaga: Assistente de Departamento Pessoal — W-Energy

Missão do cargo: Atuar no suporte às rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, contribuindo para o controle de documentos, ponto, benefícios, exames ocupacionais e atendimento aos colaboradores, garantindo organização e cumprimento dos prazos do setor.

Responsabilidades: ● Auxiliar no controle de documentação física e on-line dos funcionários. ● Realizar a conferência e o controle dos registros de ponto eletrônico e das horas trabalhadas pelos colaboradores. ● Preparar e conferir documentos relacionados aos processos de admissão e demissão. ● Auxiliar na elaboração e atualização de relatórios e planilhas relacionados às rotinas do Departamento Pessoal. ● Realizar o controle e acompanhamento dos exames ocupacionais. ● Prestar atendimento e suporte aos colaboradores em demandas relacionadas ao Departamento Pessoal. ● Realizar o controle mensal dos benefícios dos colaboradores. ● Apoiar nas demais atividades administrativas e operacionais relacionadas às rotinas do setor.

Requisitos obrigatórios: ● Cursando ou concluído em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas. ● Experiência com Pacote Office. ● Conhecimento intermediário em Excel.
