Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust gemeinsam mit Deinem Team die IT-Umgebung und Applikationen unserer Kunden
  • Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Störungen, priorisierst und klassifizierst Tickets und dokumentierst die Bearbeitung nachvollziehbar
  • Du unterstützt mit Monitoring-Tools einen stabilen IT-Betrieb und behältst die vereinbarten Service Level Agreements (SLA) im Blick
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit Kunden, anderen Support-Einheiten und 3rd-Level-Support ab und sorgst für einen verlässlichen Informationsfluss
  • Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Deinem Team an Supportprozessen und erstellst sowie pflegst Knowledge-Artikel für den Shift-Left-Ansatz
  • Du übernimmst nach Deiner Einarbeitung eigene Verantwortungsbereiche rund um Hard- und Software und gehst Aufgaben selbstständig an
  • Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, kommunizierst freundlich und verbindlich und trägst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team zu einer zuverlässigen Supportleistung bei

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation - auch als Quereinsteiger mit passender Berufserfahrung bist Du willkommen
  • Du bringst IT-Affinität, Neugier und Interesse an unterschiedlichen Technologien und Anwendungslandschaften mit
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig und eigenständig und übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Aufgaben und Ergebnisse
  • Du denkst aus Kundensicht, trittst freundlich und verbindlich auf und gehst auf unterschiedliche Anliegen angemessen ein
  • Du kommunizierst klar und verständlich und stimmst Dich sicher mit Kunden, Kolleginnen und Kollegen und nachgelagerten Supporteinheiten ab
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, teilst Wissen und unterstützt Deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen aktiv
  • Du bist bereit, im 5x24-Stunden-Schichtdienst zu arbeiten Dazu gehört eine wechselnde Rufbereitschaft am Wochenende. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du sicher
