The posting

Au sein de notre équipe dynamique, vous serez chargé de promouvoir nos solutions innovantes auprès de prospects variés. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec différentes équipes pour garantir la satisfaction client et optimiser nos performances commerciales.

Responsabilités et Missions Principales

Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients existant, en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.

Élaborer des stratégies de vente efficaces pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Assurer une communication fluide et constante avec les clients pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques.

Participer activement aux réunions d'équipe pour partager des idées innovantes et optimiser les processus commerciaux.

Collaborer avec le service marketing pour aligner les campagnes et maximiser leur impact.

Compétences Requises

Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Forte capacité à développer des relations de confiance avec les clients et partenaires.

Expérience confirmée en vente ou dans un rôle similaire, avec une capacité prouvée à atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Bonne capacité d’écoute et esprit d'analyse pour proposer des solutions adaptées et créatives.

Maîtrise des outils de CRM et des logiciels de bureautique courants.

Qualifications et Expérience

Baccalauréat en commerce, marketing ou domaine connexe.

Minimum de trois ans d'expérience en tant que représentant commercial ou rôle similaire.

Expérience dans le secteur [spécifique à l'entreprise] est un atout.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en faisant partie d'une équipe.

Langue anglaise bien maîtrisée ; la connaissance d'une autre langue est un plus.
