The posting

Nous recherchons un.e Gestionnaire de Paie expérimenté.e et rigoureux.se pour rejoindre notre équipe de ressources humaines dédiée. Vous serez responsable de la gestion intégrale de la paie pour l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs, assurant la conformité et la précision des processus.

Responsabilités et Missions du Gestionnaire de Paie

Gérer l'ensemble du processus de paie, y compris la collecte des informations relatives aux salaires, le calcul des heures, le traitement des ajustements et la distribution des fiches de paie.

Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations fiscales et sociales en vigueur, en veillant à l'exactitude de toutes les déclarations obligatoires.

Suivre et contrôler les congés payés, les absences, et les arrêts de travail, en lien avec les systèmes de gestion des temps.

Gérer les relations et les demandes des salariés concernant la paie, en apportant des réponses claires et précises.

Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de gestion de la paie en collaborant avec les différents services pour garantir l'efficacité et la qualité du service.

Compétences Requises pour le Gestionnaire de Paie

Excellente maîtrise des logiciels de paie (Silae, Sage, ADP, etc.) et des outils bureautiques tels qu'Excel.

Connaissance approfondie de la législation sociale, des conventions collectives et des règles fiscales relatives à la paie.

Capacité à gérer des informations sensibles et confidentielles avec discrétion.

Compétences organisationnelles et capacité à respecter des délais serrés tout en gérant de multiples priorités.

Esprit analytique et attention au détail pour garantir la précision de toutes les données de paie.

Qualifications et Expérience Requises

Bac+2 en gestion de la paie, comptabilité, ou domaine connexe. Une formation continue dans le domaine de la paie est un plus.

Minimum de trois ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement au sein d'une entreprise de taille moyenne à grande.

Expérience avérée avec un SIRH ou un progiciel de gestion intégré est un atout important.

Maîtrise du français, avec la capacité de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel est souhaitée.
