Nous recherchons un.e Chargé(e) de recrutement agile et motivé.e pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de l'attraction et de la sélection des talents qui contribueront au succès continu de notre organisation.

Responsabilités et Missions Principales du Poste de Recrutement

Identifier et analyser les besoins de recrutement en collaboration avec les managers des différents départements pour élaborer des stratégies efficaces.

Mener des entretiens et évaluer les candidats pour s'assurer de leur adéquation avec la culture d'entreprise et les exigences spécifiques des postes à pourvoir.

Développer et maintenir une base de données de candidats pertinente et engagée grâce à des techniques de sourcing innovantes et à l'utilisation des réseaux sociaux professionnels.

Gérer le processus de sélection et d'intégration des nouveaux employés pour offrir une transition fluide et positive dans l'entreprise.

Promouvoir la Marque Employeur en participant à des salons de l'emploi, en organisant des événements de recrutement et en optimisant notre présence en ligne.

Compétences Requises pour le Recrutement

Solide compréhension des techniques de recrutement modernes, y compris le sourcing en ligne et les outils d'évaluation des candidats.

Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, pour interagir efficacement avec divers interlocuteurs au sein et à l'extérieur de l'entreprise.

Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à gérer plusieurs projets de recrutement simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.

Orientation résultats avec une capacité démontrée à atteindre les objectifs de recrutement en temps voulu.

Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec différents services pour garantir un processus de recrutement harmonieux.

Qualifications et Expérience Nécessaires

Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, gestion, ou domaine connexe est requis ; une formation complémentaire en gestion du recrutement est un plus.

Minimum de trois ans d'expérience dans le domaine du recrutement, idéalement au sein d'une organisation de taille moyenne à grande.

Expérience dans l'utilisation d'un système de suivi des candidatures (ATS) et autres logiciels de gestion du recrutement.

Maîtrise du français à l'écrit et à l'oral, la connaissance d'une seconde langue est un atout.
