このポジションについて

Startaleのオンチェーン金融事業を、ビジネスサイドから前に進めるポジションです。ビジネス全般の受け皿として、社内外を巻き込む案件のプロジェクトマネジメントを軸に、事業開発までを担っていただきます。

扱う対象は固定していません。日本円ステーブルコイン「JPYSC」、L1ブロックチェーン「Strium」、新規のオンチェーン金融プロダクトなど、その時点で会社が最も前に進めたい案件に入っていただきます。領域が動くことを前提とした役割です。

仕事内容

  • パートナー案件のプロジェクトマネジメント。社内外を巻き込んだ遂行と案件管理
  • 論点整理、要件の言語化、関係者の合意形成、進行と納期の管理
  • 事業開発。機会創出から関係構築・提案・契約まで
  • 顧客・パートナーのニーズを、プロダクトの要件へ翻訳
  • 事業として成立するスキーム・座組みの設計
  • 東京・ニューヨーク・シンガポールのグローバルチームとの協業

必須要件

  • 社会人経験5年以上
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル。英語でのコミュニケーションが可能なこと
  • 複数の関係者が関わる仕事を、自分で完了まで持っていったご経験（領域・職種は問いません）
  • 変化の速い環境を面白がれること

歓迎要件

  • コンサルティングファームでのプロジェクトデリバリーのご経験。金融機関向け案件のご経験があればとくに歓迎します
  • 金融機関（銀行・証券など）でのご実務経験
  • 大手Tech企業でのプロジェクトマネジメント、またはPMOのご経験。金融業界担当のご経験があればとくに歓迎します
  • 金融機関向けのクライアント営業・事業開発のご経験、または大手金融機関とのネットワーク
  • 証券会社などでの商品組成のご経験
  • プラットフォーム側（AWS/Azure 等）での決済系プロジェクトのご経験
  • ブロックチェーン・デジタルアセットへの関心・知見

待遇・働き方

  • 想定年収：1,050万円〜1,800万円（賞与込み）／ストックオプション制度あり
  • ご希望に応じて業務委託での契約も可能：USD 85,000〜145,000+（変動報酬込み）／ストックオプションあり
  • ストックオプション：入社後(試用期間後)、当社規程に基づき付与します。選考の過程で、付与株数・行使価格・直近ラウンドの評価額を開示してご説明します
  • 勤務地：東京・六本木一丁目（ハイブリッド）
  • 年1回の全社ワーケーション、不定期オフサイト
  • 裁量休暇制度、AI ツールへの投資
