グローバルに事業を広げる Startale の成長は、いつも「人」が握っています。このポジションは、その最重要テーマである採用を軸に、会社の「人とカルチャー」まわりを丸ごと動かす役割です。

採用をメインミッションに置きつつ、PR、イベント企画、全社ワーケーションのロジスティクス、社内サーベイ、労務——会社の成長に必要なことなら領域を限定せず、自分から取りにいってもらいます。

とりわけ採用では、海外のシニアエンジニア・シニアビジネス層との英語面談を通訳なしで一人で完結させ、魅力づけ（アトラクト）からクロージングまでを担います。SBI をはじめとする大手パートナーとのオフィス調整や、外部イベントでの「会社の顔」としての立ち回りも、このポジションの仕事です。

仕事内容

  • グローバル採用のリード: 海外のシニアエンジニア・シニアビジネス層との英語での面談・面接を単独で完結。魅力づけ（アトラクト）から候補者体験の設計、クロージングまでを担う
  • イベント・外部折衝: SBI 等の大手パートナー企業とのオフィス調整、外部イベント時の「会社の顔」（調整役・ファシリテーター）としての立ち回り
  • 全社ワーケーション等のロジスティクス: フライト・宿泊・現地手配から当日の仕切りまで、一連の運営
  • 組織開発・労務: 社内サーベイの実施、労務サポート、チームの状況に応じた柔軟なバックオフィス・PR 業務
  • その時々で会社に必要なこと: 自らの業務範囲を JD に閉じ込めず、成長に必要なら泥臭いタスクも自ら手を挙げて取りにいく

必須要件

社会人経験2年以上で、以下を満たす方（社内公用語は英語）

  • 英語力（準ネイティブレベル）: 帰国子女、または長期留学経験者と同等。海外のシニア候補者との面談を、通訳なしで自信を持って単独で任せられる水準
  • 日本語力（ネイティブレベル）: 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションできること
  • 対人折衝の経験が豊富であること（営業・人事・事業企画・コーポレート等、職種は問わない）
  • 複数のタスクを同時並行で捌き、ロジスティクスを自ら組み立てた経験（プロジェクトマネジメント経験を含む）
  • イベントファシリテーション等の経験があり、社内外のイベントで「会社の顔」として外部との調整役に立てる、非常に高いコミュニケーション力

歓迎要件

  • リクルート・楽天・LINE・メルカリ等のメガベンチャー、急成長スタートアップまたは人材系企業での就業経験
  • 採用・広報・イベント運営いずれかの実務経験
  • 労務・総務などのバックオフィス業務に抵抗がなく、自らキャッチアップできる学習意欲

  1. 芯の強さと物怖じしない姿勢 — シニアなエンジニアやビジネスサイドのプロフェッショナルに対しても、臆することなく対等に議論・面談ができること
  2. 圧倒的なホスピタリティ — 「自分」よりも「人・チーム」に関心が向き、気が回って人のために幅広く動けること（プライベートの旅行でも、自然と仕切り役や手配役を引き受けるタイプ）
  3. 仕事への熱量 — 自らの業務範囲を限定せず、チームに必要なことなら泥臭いタスクも進んで引き受けられること。ロジック偏重ではなく、周囲を巻き込む「人間力」と「行動力」に溢れていること

  • 年1回の全社ワーケーション。（過去開催地: 日本、クロアチア、韓国、トルコ、シンガポール、ドバイ）。不定期のオフサイトワーク。AI ツールへの投資は惜しみません

主な選考プロセス

  • (カジュアル面談)→書類選考→一次選考→二次選考→最終選考→内定・オファー面談
