Who We're Looking For

You've spent years building relationships with executives and organizational decision-makers.

You've done business together. You've attended the same conferences and dinners. You've sat across the table while they talked about the people problems inside their organizations—the manager they're struggling with, the valuable employee they don't want to lose, the repeated issue they haven't been able to solve.

You already know who to call.

We're looking for an experienced executive, consultant, advisor, or senior business professional who has built that kind of professional network and wants to put it to work.

You may be transitioning from a full-time career, working independently, or simply interested in generating additional income without taking on another traditional executive position.

What We Do

SteadyState™ Work Partners is a human capital consulting firm specializing in human capital risk mitigation.

We work with organizations when a valuable person's Heat-of-the-Moment actions or inaction are creating business consequences—and knowing better hasn't been enough to stop it.

Our proprietary TAU Core™ intervention develops the I Caught Myself Reflex™: the ability to interrupt an automatic reaction before it becomes consequential action or inaction.

The Opportunity

The organizations you know may already have invested heavily in their people through leadership development, coaching, training, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and other resources.

And sometimes they still have a problem.

The conflict continues. The complaints continue. The customer is affected. The employee is burning out. A valuable manager may leave. Or the organization may be considering terminating someone it has already invested substantially in developing and retaining.

That's where SteadyState enters.

What You Own

You turn the relationships you've spent your career building into SteadyState business.

You:

  • Open the conversation.
  • Determine whether there is a real business opportunity.
  • Lead the relationship.
  • Bring in SteadyState expertise when needed.
  • Move the opportunity through the sales process.
  • Close the business.

This is not lead generation or appointment setting. You own the business from relationship to close.

Compensation

15% of collected revenue on eligible new business you originate and close.

At current launch pricing:

  • 1 corporate engagement = $3,750 commission
  • 3 corporate engagements = $11,250 commission
  • 4 corporate engagements = $15,000 commission
  • 10 corporate engagements = $37,500 commission

There is no base salary, guaranteed draw, or commission cap.

This is an independent, flexible opportunity designed for someone who brings established relationships and does not need a traditional full-time sales structure.

Where You Will Work

The role is remote within Texas, with occasional Austin/Central Texas meetings when the business requires it.

Where This Can Go

SteadyState is entering commercial launch and building its sales function now.

As revenue and the company grow, a successful partner may be considered for SteadyState's planned compensated business-development leadership position.
