Als Cybersecurity Expert werk je aan het beschermen van Stedin tegen cyberdreigingen en help je de afdelingen en teams veiliger en bewuster te werken.

Werk om trots op te zijn

Als Cybersecurity Expert vertaal je beleid naar toepasbare maatregelen en begeleid je onze teams in Security by Design. Je adviseert en houdt rekening met relevante wettelijke voorschriften, sectorkaders, architectuurkaders en het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid en zorgt dat maatregelen praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Je draagt bij aan een organisatie waarin cybersecurity aantoonbaar beter wordt en waar teams bewuster en veiliger werken.

Een dag als Cybersecurity Expert:

  • Je analyseert beveiligingsrisico’s, voert risico-assessments uit in de OT-omgeving op basis van IEC 62443 uit en stemt met betrokken teams af welke maatregelen nodig zijn.
  • Je adviseert over cybersecurityvraagstukken, helpt collega’s bij het maken van de juiste beveiligingsafwegingen en bewaakt dat afgesproken mitigaties effectief worden opgepakt.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de naleving van cybersecurity-eisen en gebruikt je organisatiesensitiviteit, verbindend vermogen en communicatieve vaardigheden om Stedin veilig en weerbaar te houden.

Hier laad jij van op Alle financiële arbeidsvoorwaarden op een rij, weet je meteen waar je aan toe bent:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tot € 10.540,- (inclusief 24% persoonlijk budget bij 40 uur), 24,5 vakantiedagen en pensioenopbouw bij ABP waarbij wij 70 procent van de premie betalen.
  • Bovenop je salaris ontvang je een persoonlijk budget van 24 procent (inclusief 8 procent vakantiegeld). Jij kiest: extra salaris of extra verlofdagen.
  • Jaarlijks € 700,- (bruto) om te besteden aan je eigen energie, bijvoorbeeld een sportabonnement, vitaliteit of nieuwe sportkleding.

Daar komt dit nog bovenop:

  • Moderne thuiswerkfaciliteiten en een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,40 per dag; we werken gemiddeld 50 procent thuis en 50 procent op kantoor.
  • Reizen met de ov‑vrijregeling of de flexibele reisregeling met extra vergoeding als je met de fiets komt.
  • Jouw ontwikkeling staat centraal: conferenties, trainingen, kennissessies en opleidingen.

Vol energie vooruit met team Technische Security Experts

Je werkt in het cybersecurity team (Technische Security Experts - OT) dat zich primair richt op onze OT omgeving (Operationele Techniek). Dit team is onderdeel van de afdeling Corporate Cybersecurity van Stedin. In totaal bestaat dit team uit 8 Technische Security Experts (TSE's). Een groep ervaren specialisten die openstaat voor nieuwe ideeën, samenwerkt aan weerbaarheid en veel waarde hecht aan collegialiteit. De sfeer is open, gedreven en energiek. We bouwen momenteel aan een nieuwe teamsamenstelling waarin jij direct onderdeel wordt van een hechte, betrokken groep. Je werkt vanuit locatie Blaak in Rotterdam, op ons kantoor in Delft of vanuit huis.

Verder heb je:

  • Hbo‑ of wo‑werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante cybersecurity ervaring, bij voorkeur gecertificeerd.
  • Affiniteit met operationele techniek (OT) of een vergelijkbaar technisch domein.

  • Je werkt in principe 40 uur per week; 36 of 32 uur is bespreekbaar.
