Wil jij als GZ-psycholoog écht iets betekenen voor jongvolwassenen en bijdragen aan hun herstel? Bij GGZ inGeest krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten, mee te denken over vernieuwing en samen met collega’s de zorg verder te ontwikkelen.

Over de Afdeling

  • Je werkt op de polikliniek Jongvolwassenen, waar we ambulante gespecialiseerde zorg bieden aan cliënten van 18 tot 25 jaar in Amsterdam en Haarlem.
  • Je maakt deel uit van een groot multidisciplinair team dat behandeldoelen afstemt op de behoeften van de cliënt, diens familie en verwijzers.
  • We hebben oog voor neurodiversiteit en helpen cliënten hun krachten en kwetsbaarheden in kaart te brengen.
  • De afdeling neemt deel aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek en biedt ruimte voor bij- en nascholing.

Wat ga je doen als GZ-psycholoog?

Als GZ-psycholoog ben je als regiebehandelaar de regisseur van het behandeltraject. Je:

  • verricht intakes en stelt behandelplannen op;
  • voert individuele en groepsgerichte behandelingen uit,
  • voert psychodiagnostiek uit;
  • neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire teamoverleggen en intervisies;
  • biedt supervisie en werkbegeleiding aan psychologen en draagt zo bij aan hun ontwikkeling;
  • werkt met verschillende behandelmethoden, zoals CGT, VERS, EMDR en/of schematherapie;
  • krijgt de ruimte om bij te dragen aan vernieuwingen en het opzetten van nieuwe groepen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent BIG-geregistreerd als GZ-psycholoog.
  • Je hebt interesse in het werken met jongvolwassenen en diverse psychiatrische klachten.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, kan goed plannen en overzicht bewaren
  • Schikt niet van cliënten die gedemoraliseerd zijn en (passieve) gedachten aan de dood hebben
  • Je kan goed samenwerken in het team waar een aanspreekcultuur is om van elkaar te kunnen leren
  • Je vindt het leuk om zowel individueel als groepsgericht te behandelen.
  • Je wilt jouw expertise delen en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van collega's.
