GGZ inGeest zoekt een office manager voor de HIC kliniek in Amsterdam

Als office manager speel je een belangrijke rol in de organisatie van processen op de gesloten afdeling, High Intensive Care. Je denkt altijd een stap vooruit en signaleert waar ondersteuning nodig en gewenst is. Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden in de dynamische omgeving van de kliniek. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan de beste zorg, zowel voor je collega´s als je cliënten.

Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten

  • Je ondersteunt de teams van de High Intensive Care (en mogelijk de High Care) kliniek in Amsterdam. De afdelingen High Intensive Care en High Care zijn gevestigd in De Nieuwe Valerius Amsterdam, het zijn acute opname-afdelingen met elk 21 opnameplekken.
  • De Nieuwe Valerius is een moderne kliniek met veel faciliteiten, waaronder een sportzaal, keuken en activiteitenprogramma. Op de afdelingen zijn er cliënten van diverse culturele achtergronden en de meest uiteenlopende psychiatrische ziektebeelden.
  • Je werkt samen in een hecht en dynamisch multidisciplinair team met ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Ons team heeft een open leerklimaat waar veel aandacht is voor feedback en intervisie.
  • We kunnen op elkaar bouwen en er is ruimte voor plezier en ontspanning.

Passende werkomgeving voor jou

  • Je weet makkelijk te schakelen tussen wat belangrijk is en welke zaken kunnen wachten; kortom je bent een belangrijke schakel in de processen rondom de zorgverlening.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, organiseren, voorbereiden en notuleren van diverse vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten, je bewaakt hiervan de uitvoering van de actiepunten en besluiten.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de afdelingsagenda, waarbij je afspraken en bijeenkomsten zodanig plant dat men op het juiste moment met de juiste prioriteiten aan de slag is.
  • Je communiceert met behandelaren en ambulante teams voor het plannen van zorg afstemmingsgesprekken ten behoeve van de voortgang voor cliënt.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan de leidinggevende bij praktische zaken zoals het reserveren van ruimtes, bestellen van ambulances, faciliteren van praktische zaken rondom de instroom van medewerkers etc.
  • Je handelt overige administratieve taken af. Je biedt ondersteuning bij verschillende projecten.
  • Er is ruimte om te ondersteunen in processen waar jouw interesse ligt.

Ook belangrijk

  • Je komt te werken voor de High Intensive Care en de High Care klinieken in Amsterdam.
  • Je hebt minimaal een MBO-diploma en HBO denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je bent 16 uur per week beschikbaar, waarvan het liefst meerdere dagdelen per week. Dagdelen in overleg
  • Werkervaring in de zorg is een pré
  • Je krijgt direct een vast dienstverband.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 40 cao GGZ.
