The posting

Op de verpleegafdeling cardiologie worden patiënten zowel langdurig als kortstondig opgenomen met cardiale klachten. De afdeling telt 13 bedden en in totaal werken hier ruim 16 verpleegkundigen.

Verpleegkundigen werken met patiëntentoewijzing en zijn tijdens hun dienst verantwoordelijk voor de zorg van de aan hen toegewezen patiënten. Voor deze patiënten ben je de regiehouder van het zorgproces en de coördinator van de zorg die deze patiënten nodig hebben. Vanuit je klinische blik en vermogen om klinisch te redeneren ben je in staat om tijdig interventies toe te passen die nodig zijn in de diverse situaties. Tevens zijn de verpleegkundigen van afdeling cardiologie verantwoordelijk voor het aansluiten en beoordelen van de telemetrie.

Het verpleegkundig team van de afdeling is een divers team waarbij nauw wordt samengewerkt met de cardiologen, verpleegkundig specialist en andere paramedische disciplines. Het team is hecht, enthousiast en werkt met een gezonde dosis humor. Als verpleegkundige word je ingezet voor alle diensten (zowel dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten en feestdagen).

Wat vragen wij van jou?

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundige.
  • Bij voorkeur ben je telemetrieverpleegkundige of heb je de intentie om de cursus “Telemetrie Cardiologie” te gaan volgen.
  • Ervaring op gebied van cardiologie is een pré.
  • Een BIG registratie.

In ons kleine team passen verpleegkundigen die stevig in hun schoenen staan, klant- en servicegericht zijn, die overzicht houden en prioriteiten weten te stellen. Als verpleegkundige pas je je snel en gemakkelijk in verschillende situaties aan. Daarnaast ben je een volwaardige én prettige gesprekspartner voor patiënten, artsen en specialisten. Tevens ben je communicatief vaardig. Je kunt goed zelfstandig, maar ook in teamverband werken en bent positief kritisch en zoekt continu naar mogelijkheden om de kwaliteit van zorg te verhogen.

  • Een jaarcontract voor 24-36 uur per week met de intentie, bij ongewijzigde organisatorische omstandigheden, deze om te zetten naar een contract voor onbepaalde tijd. De standplaats is Harderwijk.
  • Het salaris is ingedeeld volgens schaal 45 (FWG 3.0) en bedraagt minimaal € 3.042 en maximaal € 4.096 per maand op basis van 36 uur per week. Daarbij ontvang je 8,33% vakantietoeslag en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.
