We are not just looking for a "receptionist"; we are looking for a brand ambassador who can manage a high-tech front office with the poise of a luxury hotel concierge and the precision of a healthcare administrator.

The Mission: Elevating the Patient Journey

As a key pillar of our administrative team, you will:

  • Orchestrate the "Sugarbug Experience": Deliver a VIP first impression for families, ensuring a seamless transition from the front door to the clinical chair.
  • Strategic Revenue Cycle Support: Manage insurance eligibility verification and financial transactions with absolute accuracy and professional discretion.
  • Precision Scheduling: Optimize the doctor's schedule to ensure maximum efficiency without compromising our "patience-first" philosophy for children.
  • Digital Leadership: Navigate our technology-forward practice management systems to maintain pristine digital patient records.
  • Community Relations: Act as a liaison between our practice and the Camarillo/Oxnard communities we serve.
