Missions et Responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge de :

  • Assurer l’assistance médicale à tout le personnel de la société sous les consignes et les directives du médecin du travail et du responsable de la couverture sociale.
  • Accueillir, assister et conseiller le personnel, en matière de santé et d’hygiène
  • Tenir à jour les documents réglementaires (dossiers médicaux du personnel, fiches d’aptitude,...)
  • Donner les premiers soins d’urgence aux salariés
  • Organiser des actions de médecine préventives (visites d’embauche, radio-dépistage, vaccination, analyses périodiques, visites annuelles et de reprise de travail …).
  • Gérer les produits pharmaceutiques et veiller à l’entretien des équipements médicaux.
  • Contribuer au suivi médical préventif des salariés exposés (visites périodiques, analyses biologiques …) et à la sensibilisation aux règles de sécurité.
  • Suivre et contrôler les dossiers médicaux (assurance maladie) et les dossiers accidents du travail ;
  • Suivre l’absentéisme maladie.
  • Suivre les demandes d’aménagement de poste.
  • Produire les reportings de l’activité et contribuer à l’alimentation des tableaux de bord RH.
  • Respecter et faire respecter le Code Ethique de Sews Cabind Maroc.
  • Respecter et faire respecter les normes et standards de HSE en vigueur à Sews Cabind Maroc
  • Rechercher l’excellence à tous les niveaux, en s’engageant et en entraînant ses collègues et collaborateurs dans une démarche d’amélioration continue

Skills et Qualifications :

Vous maitrisez :

  • Normes de sécurité au travail
  • Techniques de secourisme

Vous êtes dotés d’une :

  • Capacité de résolution de problèmes
  • Capacités de communication

Qualification :

BAC +2, Infirmière.

Expériences :

Une première expérience est souhaitable.
