Team Leader Préparation

Lieu de travail :

Site d'Ain Sebaa, Casablanca, Morocco

Mission et Responsabilités :

Vous serez en charge de :

  • Organiser la production au niveau du secteur Préparation en termes de moyens, matières et flux de fils
  • Organiser le travail des opérateurs au niveau des lignes de la préparation et superviser le niveau de qualité
  • Traiter et analyser les problèmes techniques et humains de la ligne de production
  • Réduire le taux de non-conformité et les rebuts, et veiller à la remontée des anomalies rencontrées à la hiérarchie et aux services concernés
  • Assurer la polyvalence de son équipe et valider la formation des nouveaux opérateurs
  • Assurer le maintien des moyens de production en bon état
  • Respecter et faire respecter le Code Ethique de Sews Cabind Maroc
  • Respecter et faire respecter les normes et standards de HSE en vigueur à Sews Cabind Maroc
  • Rechercher l’excellence à tous les niveaux, en s’engageant et en entraînant ses collègues et collaborateurs dans une démarche d’amélioration continue

Skills et Qualifications :

Vous maitrisez :

  • Procédures de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement
  • Modes opératoires du processus de fabrication des faisceaux électriques
  • Machines et outillages des faisceaux électriques : fonction, fonctionnement, raccordement, test
  • Technique de fabrication des faisceaux
  • Matériaux et composants de faisceaux électriques (fils, gaines, connecteurs,..)
  • Normes qualité produit
  • Gestion d’équipes
  • Planification & Organisation du Travail

Vous êtes dotés d’une :

  • Capacité de résolution de problèmes
  • L’aisance relationnelle, l’esprit d’analyse, la rigueur, l’écoute, la compréhension des autres, la maîtrise de soi et la gestion des situations de crise sont des qualités requises pour ce poste.

Qualification :

Diplômé(e) d’une Bac+2, TS, DUT /BTS en production, Génie Industriel

Expérience :

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 ans dans un poste similaire.
