Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Beratung von Privat- und Firmenkunden rund um Lebensversicherungen, betriebliche Altersversorgung (bAV) und Investmentlösungen? Du möchtest Kunden individuell, langfristig und ganzheitlich begleiten – ohne Verkaufsdruck, dafür mit Qualität, Kompetenz und einem starken Team an deiner Seite? Deine Aufgaben: Nach einer strukturierten Einarbeitung, in der wir dich mit unseren Systemen, Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen vertraut machen, übernimmst du gemeinsam mit Sabine und Kristin die Betreuung unserer Privat- und Firmenkunden. Dabei gehören insbesondere folgende Aufgaben zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag:

  • Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden zu Lebensversicherungen, bAV und
  • Investmentlösungen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen – freundlich, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Abstimmung mit Produktpartnern sowie Erstellung von Angeboten und Anträgen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Geschäftsvorfällen und Sicherstellung einer zügigen Abwicklung
  • Entwicklung individueller Lösungen mit dem Ziel, den größtmöglichen Mehrwert für unsere Kunden zu schaffen
  • Mitarbeit an laufenden Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Prozesse
  • Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Services und deren Umsetzung gemeinsam im Team

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Versicherungen und Finanzen (z.B. Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen), ein kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Lebensversicherung, betriebliche Altersversorgung und Investment
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gängigen Versicherungsanwendungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher Sprache sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für den regelmäßigen Kontakt mit internationalen Kunden
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Teamgeist und den Wunsch, dich gemeinsam mit uns weiterzuentwickeln
