Binnen ons Trainee Programma leer je het volledige IT-speelveld kennen, de ideale springplank naar een carrière als Test Consultant.

Functieomschrijving

Als Trainee Software Tester zorg jij dat geen enkele bug je ontgaat. Jij snapt hoe bedrijfsprocessen werken én hoe je ze test zodat alles soepel loopt. Tijdens het Trainee Programma krijg je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een allround testspecialist. Je maakt kennis met SUPERP, onze klanten en SAP, de basis van veel organisaties. Je volgt trainingen in persoonlijk leiderschap, haalt je Scrum- en TMAP-certificaat en krijgt een ervaren consultant als buddy. Daarna ga je aan de slag bij een van onze klanten. Je leert door te doen, mag fouten maken en groeit elke dag een stukje verder in je rol.

Wat breng je mee?

Je houdt van puzzels, zoekt graag tot je de oorzaak vindt en bent niet bang om te zeggen wat beter kan.

Must-haves:

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, je kunt helder uitleggen wat je bedoelt
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor detail
  • Teamspirit: je werkt goed samen, luistert en deelt je ideeën
  • Flexibiliteit om mee te bewegen met nieuwe technologieën en projecten
  • De drive om te blijven leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen
  • Een proactieve houding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

Nice-to-haves:

  • Interesse in IT, softwareontwikkeling of testautomatisering
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met Agile werken of Scrum
