A Superus Engenharia está em busca de um(a) Business Partner de RH – Pleno para atuar de forma estratégica e próxima à operação, apoiando as lideranças e fortalecendo a gestão de pessoas na Regiões Sudeste, Sul e Centro-Oeste do país.

INFORMAÇÕES DA VAGA

Contratação: CLT

Carga horária: 44 horas semanais

Salário: a combinar

Atuação: Sudeste, Sul e Centro-Oeste

Disponibilidade: Total para viagens, com visitas semanais às obras

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Atuar como principal referência de RH da Regional e interface com a matriz;

• Garantir a execução dos subsistemas de RH, como R&S, desenvolvimento, performance e clima;

• Conduzir processos seletivos e apoiar líderes nas decisões de pessoas;

• Realizar diagnósticos organizacionais, mediação de conflitos e entrevistas de desligamento;

• Gerir indicadores de RH, como turnover, absenteísmo, prazo de vagas e EBITDA por Headcount;

• Desenvolver treinamentos de liderança e ações de engajamento;

• Conduzir pesquisas de clima e planos de ação;

• Realizar onboarding e acompanhamento do período de experiência;

• Apoiar o planejamento anual de treinamentos e apresentar indicadores à Gerência Corporativa.

DESAFIO DA POSIÇÃO

Implantar e fortalecer a atuação de RH na Regional, conquistando credibilidade junto às lideranças e equipes, inserindo a área na rotina das operações e mantendo uma comunicação próxima com a matriz.

REQUISITOS

• Ensino superior completo em Psicologia ou Gestão de RH;

• Experiência generalista em RH, preferencialmente próxima à operação;

• Perfil Pleno;

• CNH B;

• Total disponibilidade para viagens.
