Contrato: CLT

Modalidade: 100% presencial (Híbrido após 3 meses de experiência, sendo 4 dias presenciais e 1 dia home office)

Principais atividades:

  • Organizar e controlar a agenda da Diretoria, garantindo o cumprimento dos compromissos estratégicos;
  • Participar dos ritos de gestão da companhia, apoiando a condução das reuniões executivas;
  • Elaborar atas executivas e registrar as decisões tomadas nas reuniões;
  • Controlar as ações estratégicas e operacionais definidas nos fóruns de gestão;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento (follow-up) contínuo junto aos gestores, monitorando prazos e entregas;
  • Realizar outras atividades inerentes à função.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Gestão Empresarial, Secretariado Executivo ou áreas correlatas;
  • Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Gestão Empresarial, Governança ou áreas afins será considerada um diferencial;
  • Experiência prévia em PMO, Governança, Gestão de Projetos, Secretariado Executivo ou apoio à alta liderança;
  • Vivência em ambientes orientados a indicadores e metas;
  • Experiência no acompanhamento simultâneo de múltiplos gestores;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de agendas executivas, elaboração de atas, gestão de ações e follow-up;
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado;
  • PowerPoint avançado;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos, produtividade, indicadores de desempenho e governança corporativa;
  • Diferencial: conhecimento em Power BI.
