Principais atividades:

  • Planejar, distribuir e acompanhar as atividades das equipes de soldadores, caldeireiros, conforme as prioridades operacionais e o cronograma de execução;
  • Orientar tecnicamente a equipe quanto à execução de soldas, fabricação, montagem, recuperação e reparo de estruturas, tubulações, suportes e componentes metálicos, conforme o escopo contratado;
  • Interpretar desenhos técnicos, projetos, croquis, procedimentos de soldagem e especificações técnicas;
  • Acompanhar a qualidade dos serviços executados, verificando o atendimento aos requisitos técnicos, tolerâncias dimensionais e critérios de aceitação aplicáveis;
  • Realizar inspeções de campo, identificar desvios, propor ações corretivas e acompanhar sua implementação;
  • Realizar outras atividades inerentes à função.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia Mecânica;
  • Experiência de atuação como supervisor;
  • Experiencia comprovada em Manutenção em Equipamentos de Mina;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente dentro da área operacional de mineração da Vale;
  • Aptidão para atuação em ambiente industrial e de mineração, respeitando os requisitos ocupacionais aplicáveis;
  • Disponibilidade para realizar treinamentos, integrações e capacitações técnicas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;
  • Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de documentos técnicos, preenchimento de relatórios.

Diferenciais:

  • Cursos de especialização em soldagem, caldeiraria, inspeção da qualidade, manutenção industrial ou gestão de equipes;
  • Supervisão de equipes de soldadores, caldeireiros e profissionais de montagem industrial;
  • Execução e acompanhamento de serviços de soldagem, fabricação, montagem e recuperação de componentes metálicos;
  • Leitura e interpretação de desenhos mecânicos, desenhos de fabricação, croquis e especificações técnicas;
  • Conhecimento de processos de soldagem, como eletrodo revestido (SMAW), MIG/MAG (GMAW) e TIG (GTAW), conforme as necessidades do contrato;
  • Conhecimento de preparação de juntas, consumíveis, simbologia de soldagem, inspeção visual e critérios de aceitação aplicáveis;
  • Noções de procedimentos de soldagem (EPS/WPS), qualificação de procedimentos e soldadores, rastreabilidade e ensaios não destrutivos, conforme o escopo dos serviços;
  • Planejamento de atividades, dimensionamento de equipes, controle de produtividade e acompanhamento de cronogramas;
  • Conhecimento de segurança em atividades industriais e de mineração, incluindo análise de riscos, permissões de trabalho e procedimentos específicos da Vale;
  • Capacidade de identificar não conformidades, conduzir ações corretivas e reduzir retrabalho;
  • Experiência com apontamentos de produção, relatórios de campo, controle de materiais e acompanhamento de medições contratuais.
