Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie sind für die Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsverträgen verantwortlich
  • Sie sind für das Abrechnen kostenpflichtiger Serviceeinsätze und Wartungsleistungen zuständig
  • Sie führen Preisänderungen und Wartungsvertragsanpassungen durch
  • Sie kümmern sich um das Anlegen und Pflegen von Kunden- und Equipmentstammdaten
  • Das Anlegen und Ändern von Wartungsplänen zählt ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Sie überwachen die Kostenentwicklung von Wartungsverträgen
  • Sie sind zuständig für das Verfolgen von offenen Posten bis zum Zahlungseingang
  • Sie agieren als Ansprechpartner/in für den Außendienst, Technischen Dienst und für wartungsspezifische Angelegenheiten
  • Die Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei der Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Wartungsinhalten rundet Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab

Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Sie bringen bereits Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position mit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP ist wünschenswert
  • Sie kommunizieren sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich sicher auf Deutsch
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit eigenständig zu arbeiten, runden Ihr Profil ab
