Wir sind ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Bereich Straßenmarkierungen und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen engagierten Mitarbeiter für den Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen und finden für unsere Kunden die besten Lösungen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Anfragen- und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen unter Einhaltung höchster Service- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Kontinuierliche Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und proaktive Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Erstellung von bedarfsgerechten Angeboten
  • Koordination von Produktionsaufträgen in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Unterstützung der Logistik und Disposition (Materialwirtschaft, Versand, Zoll, Export, Dokumentation)

Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Industrieumfeld sammeln
  • Sie besitzen ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und können ggf. weitere europäische Fremdsprachenkenntnisse vorweisen (idealerweise Französisch)
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Sie konnten bereits SAP-Kenntnisse sammeln
  • Sie haben ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, die durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit ergänzt wird
  • Sie zeichnet eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
