Unternehmensbeschreibung

Wir suchen einen praxisnahen Produkt- und Projektmanager mit Schwerpunkt Werkstoffverarbeitung sowie Prozess- und Verfahrenstechnik (Kunststoffe, Farben & Lacke, Baustoffe, Composites) zur standortübergreifenden Steuerung unserer Produkte und Prozesse.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • End-to-end Produktverantwortung inkl. Supplier Governance & Excellence (SGE) z.B. REACH, Labor- und Werkstoffprüfungen nach DIN
  • Systematische Betrachtung der Wertschöpfungskette (Upstream/Downstream) und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
  • Reklamationsmanagement: Ursachenanalyse, Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen
  • Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen Vertrieb, QA, Produktion, R&D und Marketing
  • Leitung von Feasibility & Go-2-Market Projekten für neue Produkte
  • Reporting an Management

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in den Bereichen Werkstofftechnik, Prozesstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder gleichwertig
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Werkstoffverarbeitung und in weiterführenden Verarbeitungsprozessen (Compounds, Farben & Lacke, Baustoffe, Composites)
  • Fundiertes Know-How in der Einarbeitung von Füll- und Verstärkungsstoffen in verschiedene Werkstoffe, insbesondere Voll- und Hohlglaskugeln
  • Kenntnisse im Produkt- und/oder Projektmanagement
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Normen, Prüfmethoden und regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. REACH, DIN)
  • Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise; starke Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Reisebereitschaft und Erfahrung in standortübergreifender, internationaler Zusammenarbeit
