Een verkeerslicht dat vervangen moet worden, een storing in de openbare verlichting of een installatie die onderhoud nodig heeft. Onze monteurs willen aan de slag. En jij? Jij zorgt dat alles klaarstaat!

Voor ons team in Zeeland zoeken we een werkvoorbereider die vooruitdenkt, overzicht houdt en het gewoon goed geregeld wil hebben.

Vacatureomschrijving

Van opdracht naar uitvoering. Jij maakt het mogelijk.

Jij zorgt dat onze monteurs zonder gedoe aan de slag kunnen. Je maakt calculaties en offertes, regelt materialen en vergunningen en zorgt dat de werkmappen compleet zijn.

Je schakelt met planners, monteurs, engineers en de projectcoördinator. Je houdt grip op de planning, kosten en kwaliteit en zorgt dat ook na de uitvoering alles netjes wordt afgerond.

Loopt iets anders dan gepland? Jij schakelt snel en regelt een oplossing.

Je komt terecht in een klein, betrokken team waar we elkaar helpen en de lijnen kort zijn. Geen ingewikkelde hiërarchie, maar samen de schouders eronder. En heb jij ideeën om het slimmer aan te pakken? Graag zelfs!

Functie-eisen

Jij denkt vooruit. Herkenbaar?

  • Je hebt minimaal een technische mbo 4-opleiding.
  • Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding binnen de elektrotechniek of infra.
  • Kennis van RAW-bestekken is belangrijk.
  • Ervaring met openbare verlichting of verkeersregelinstallaties is helemaal mooi!
  • Je houdt overzicht, kunt tegen een beetje hectiek en werkt graag samen.
  • Je hoeft niet alles zelf te weten, maar weet wel hoe je dingen voor elkaar krijgt.

Wat bieden wij jou?

Jij komt ons versterken voor 40 uur per week. In ruil daarvoor krijg je ruimte om te werken én om te groeien. Voor jouw plek bij ons als innovatieve, Europese marktleider in de verkeerstechniek krijg jij:

  • Een salaris passend tussen 3389,- en 5899,- afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Een werkweek van 36 tot 40 uur, in overleg.
  • 25 vakantiedagen en 13 adv-dagen op fulltime basis.
  • Een goede pensioenregeling via PMT.
  • een reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer;
  • reis je met het OV, dan stelt SWARCO een passend OV-abonnement beschikbaar;
  • veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting senior werkvoorbereider, projectcoördinator of projectleider.
