Deine Mission

Als Inside Sales Backoffice Support (m/f/d) – befristet für 6–9 Monate unterstützt du unser Inside-Sales-Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Mit deiner strukturierten und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft und trägst dazu bei, dass sich unser Team auf die Betreuung unserer Kunden und die Vertriebsaktivitäten konzentrieren kann.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Unterstützung des Inside-Sales-Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Prozessen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen sowie Erstellung und Versand von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden-, Artikel- und Auftragsdaten in den internen Systemen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Angebotserstellung sowie Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Nachverfolgung von Angeboten und Bestellungen
  • Koordination der internen Kommunikation zwischen Vertrieb, Logistik und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Kompetente Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Abwicklung der allgemeinen Korrespondenz
  • Übernahme vielfältiger Backoffice-Tätigkeiten zur Sicherstellung effizienter und reibungsloser Arbeitsabläufe

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Backoffice oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Gespür für Prioritäten
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in ERP- oder CRM-Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative im täglichen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
