Deine Mission

Als Senior Produktionsplaner Digitalisierung (m/f/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Produktionsplanung. Du verbindest fundierte Erfahrung in der Produktions- und Feinplanung mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für digitale Prozesse und Softwarelösungen. Dein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung moderner Softwaretools für die Lieferterminvergabe und -verfolgung, die Kapazitätsplanung sowie die Produktionsfeinplanung in der Umgebung von SAP S4 Hana. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Produktion, SCM, Einkauf, Logistik, IT und weiteren relevanten Fachbereichen zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass aus komplexen Planungsanforderungen effiziente und transparente Prozesse entstehen.

  • Operative Produktions- und Feinplanung zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und effizienten Fertigung
  • Führende Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Prozesse der Produktionsplanung, insbesondere bei der Auswahl, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Softwaretools in oder im Umfeld von SAP S4 Hana.
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Lieferterminermittlung, -vergabe und -verfolgung
  • Entwicklung und Steuerung der Kapazitätsplanung und -auslastung und frühzeitig Identifizierung von Engpässe sowie Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung eines kennzahlenbasierten Monitoringsystems für den gesamten Planungs- und Steuerungsbereichs und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in digitale Planungsprozesse, Systemanforderungen und praxisnahe Lösungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Produktionsplanung, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Produktionstechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktions- und Kapazitätsplanung eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Planungsprozesse sowie entsprechender Softwaretools
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP R3 ECC oder SAP S/4HANA, idealerweise in den Modulen MM, PP, DS oder CRP, sowie Erfahrung mit APS- oder MES-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge
  • Innovationsfreude, Gestaltungswille und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
