Deine Mission

Im Rahmen unserer Einführung der SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud und SAP Sales Cloud sorgst du dafür, dass Wissen verständlich, strukturiert und nachhaltig dokumentiert wird. Du begleitest Schulungen und Tests, bereitest die Inhalte mithilfe von KI-Tools effizient auf und entwickelst daraus praxisnahe Prozessdokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Intensive Nutzung von KI-Tools zur effizienten Erstellung, Strukturierung und Überarbeitung von Dokumentationen
  • Dokumentation von Schulungen, Tests und Prozessabläufen für SAP-S/4HANA-Public Cloud und angebundene Applikationen
  • Erstellung und strukturierte Aufbereitung von Prozessdokumentationen, Anleitungen und Schulungsunterlagen und Überführung ins Wissenmanagment tool Sana
  • Überführung komplexer technischer und fachlicher Inhalte in klare, verständliche und anwenderfreundliche Dokumente
  • Abstimmung der erstellten Unterlagen mit den Fachabteilungen, die die Inhalte anschließend fachlich prüfen und verifizieren

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im technischen Schreiben, in der Dokumentation oder der Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, alternativ ausgeprägte redaktionelle Fähigkeiten mit technischem Verständnis
  • Freude daran, komplexe Inhalte verständlich, präzise und strukturiert aufzubereiten
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Prozesse und Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit generativer KI und KI-gestützten Tools zur Erstellung und Optimierung von Inhalten
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
