Deine Mission

Zur Unterstützung unserer nächsten Wachstumsphase bauen wir ein neues Strategy & Transformation Team auf. Als Senior Manager Strategy & Transformation arbeitest du eng mit unserem CEO, der Geschäftsleitung sowie dem Verwaltungsrat, Investoren und Führungskräften aus verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen zusammen. Du löst komplexe unternehmerische Fragestellungen, gestaltest die strategische Ausrichtung von Swissbit mit und überführst strategische Prioritäten in messbaren Business Impact. Dabei arbeitest du an Themen, die für die weitere Entwicklung von Swissbit entscheidend sind – von Wachstumsstrategie und Marktpositionierung bis hin zu Organisationsentwicklung und strategischer Transformation. Du verbindest analytisches Denken mit konsequenter Umsetzung und trägst dazu bei, strategische Prioritäten in konkrete Ergebnisse zu überführen. Du übernimmst die Führung des zukünftigen Strategy & Transformation Teams und gestaltest dessen Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.

  • Komplexe unternehmerische Fragestellungen lösen und strategische Handlungsempfehlungen entwickeln
  • Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durchführen
  • Business Cases und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management entwickeln
  • Strategische Workshops und Management-Diskussionen moderieren
  • Strategische und transformationsbezogene Initiativen unternehmensweit leiten
  • Strategische Prioritäten in die Umsetzung und messbaren Business Impact überführen
  • Management-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen erstellen
  • Das Strategy & Transformation Team führen und weiterentwickeln sowie Orientierung, Coaching und fachliche Unterstützung geben

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Volkswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in Strategieberatung, Corporate Strategy oder einem vergleichbaren strategischen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer strategischer Initiativen sowie in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Senior Stakeholdern, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
