Deine Mission

Als Software Architect (m/f/d) gestaltest du die Architektur und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungen rund um Swissbit Tools, Verwaltungsplattformen sowie Web-, Backend- und Frontend-Komponenten. Du verbindest Architekturdenken mit praktischer Softwareentwicklung und arbeitest eng mit Product Management, Tech Leads, Entwicklung, Test und Security zusammen. Dabei überführst du Anforderungen in sichere, wartbare Lösungen, entwickelst Zielbilder, definierst Schnittstellen und validierst technische Annahmen durch Prototypen, Proofs of Concept oder eigene Implementierungsbeiträge.

  • Analyse bestehender Softwarelösungen, Architekturen, Schnittstellen, Datenflüsse und Abhängigkeiten
  • Entwicklung von Zielarchitekturen und technischen Lösungsansätzen für Swissbit Tools, Verwaltungsplattformen sowie Web-, Backend- und Frontend-Komponenten
  • Definition von Systemgrenzen, Komponenten, APIs, Schnittstellen und Datenmodellen
  • Übertragung fachlicher, technischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen in tragfähige Softwarekonzepte
  • Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Architekturentscheidungen
  • Bewertung technischer Optionen, Risiken, Annahmen, Abhängigkeiten und Zielkonflikte
  • Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams bei Umsetzung, Prototyping und technischer Validierung unter Berücksichtigung von Wartbarkeit, Testbarkeit, Security und Lifecycle

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Informatik, Software Engineering, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung sowie Web-, Backend- oder Frontend-Architekturen
  • Sicheres Verständnis modularer und verteilter Softwaresysteme, APIs, Datenflüsse und Systemintegration
  • Strukturierte Analyse komplexer technischer Zusammenhänge und Übersetzung in pragmatische Lösungen
  • Generalistisches Architekturverständnis mit technischer Tiefe und praktischer Validierung durch Prototypen oder eigene Implementierung
  • Erfahrung mit REST APIs, OpenAPI, modernen Web-Technologien und Programmiersprachen wie Java, Kotlin, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript oder Python
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Datenbanken, Messaging, eventgetriebenen Architekturen, Containerisierung, Docker, Kubernetes oder CI/CD
