Deine Mission

In dieser Rolle koordinierst du sämtliche Logistikprozesse, einschließlich Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung. Du organisierst den Wareneingang und -ausgang, kümmerst dich um Lagerung, Kommissionierung und Verpackung und stellst die termingerechte Bereitstellung von Versandaufträgen sicher. Zudem organisierst du Transporte aller Art, einschließlich Sondertransporte, und bist verantwortlich für das Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen unter Beachtung der Ladungssicherung. Du sorgst für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards, erstellst Arbeitsanweisungen, führst neue Mitarbeiter ein und förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams. Außerdem wirkst du bei der Erstellung von Logistikkonzepten mit, führst Inventuren durch und pflegst Stammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem.

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung
  • Koordination aller Logistikprozesse: Planung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Dokumentation
  • Organisation und termingerechte Bereitstellung von Versandaufträgen sowie innerbetrieblichem Transport
  • Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen unter Berücksichtigung der Ladungssicherung
  • Qualitätsgerechte Ein- und Auslagerung von Waren
  • Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Mitwirkung bei Logistikkonzepten und Durchführung von Inventuren
  • Förderung der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Bestimmungen und betrieblicher Arbeitsanweisungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel, Industrie oder Speditionoder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Materialwirtschaft oder Logistik
  • Erste Führungserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse im Zollrecht
  • Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsverständnis
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) und in SAP S4 HANA Module SD, EWM, LE & MMvon Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis
  • Lernbereitschaft, Zahlenverständnis und Koordinierungsvermögen
  • Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
