Verstärkung gesucht: wir suchen im Auftrag unserer Mandantin Bauleiter und Bauleiterinnen in der Region Bern

Ob Sie bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Bauleitung mitbringen oder den nächsten Schritt in Ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung suchen: Hier erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit, vielseitige Bauprojekte selbstständig zu begleiten und sich fachlich wie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Leitung und Koordination von Bauprojekten von der Ausführungsvorbereitung bis zur Übergabe
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
  • Koordination von Fachplanern, Unternehmern, Lieferanten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Werkverträgen
  • Organisation und Steuerung der Baustellenabläufe
  • Professionelle Betreuung von Bauherrschaften und Käufer:innen
  • Begleitung von Abnahmen, Mängelbehebungen und Garantiearbeiten

  • Sie verfügen über einen bautechnischen Hintergrund
  • Sie haben Freude daran, Projekte und Menschen zu koordinieren
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und selbstständig
  • Sie behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn auf der Baustelle mehrere Themen gleichzeitig zusammenkommen
