Vous souhaitez mettre votre expertise industrielle au service d’une entreprise suisse à taille humaine et jouer un rôle déterminant dans son évolution technologique ?

Pour une entreprise industrielle suisse reconnue pour son savoir-faire et la précision de ses produits, nous recherchons un·e Directeur·trice Technique expérimenté·e. Membre de la direction, vous jouez un rôle clé dans les décisions technologiques et industrielles de l’entreprise et contribuez activement à son développement futur.

Votre mission

  • Piloter l’ensemble des activités techniques, de l’engineering et de l’industrialisation, de la conception jusqu’à la production en série.
  • Assurer la performance et la cohérence de la chaîne de processus ERP–CAD–CAM–production–CAQ, en termes de coûts, délais et qualité.
  • Optimiser les procédés de déformation à froid et à chaud, d’étampage et de découpage ainsi que l’usinage CNC 5 axes.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe technique de 5 à 10 collaborateurs et collaboratrices.
  • Agir en leader, favoriser une culture de responsabilité, de collaboration et d’amélioration continue.
  • Contribuer aux choix technologiques et à l’amélioration continue avec la production, la logistique et la qualité.

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en mécanique, microtechnique ou domaine équivalent.
  • Une formation continue dans les domaines du management, de l’industrialisation, des technologies de production ou de l’amélioration continue est un atout.
  • Expérience confirmée en engineering et industrialisation de produits métalliques de précision.
  • Maîtrise indispensable des procédés de déformation ou d’étampage de l’acier et du laiton.
  • Solide expérience du fraisage CNC 5 axes.
  • Bonne compréhension des outils CAO et de simulation, tels que SolidWorks ou FORGE.
  • Leadership pragmatique et fédérateur, forte orientation terrain et solutions.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français; l’anglais constitue un atout.
