The posting

Wir suchen eine vertrauenswürdige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, sich sowohl in der Finanzbuchhaltung als auch im HR-Umfeld zuhause fühlt und den CFO im operativen Tagesgeschäft wirkungsvoll unterstützt. Unsere Mandantin, ein erfolgreiches KMU, entwickelt Komponenten für diverse Branchen der technischen Industrie.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR sowie Unterstützung des CFO im Tagesgeschäft
  • Durchführung von MWST-Abrechnungen (CH/DE), Zahlungsläufen sowie Kontenabstimmungen
  • Unterstützung im Budget-, Forecast- und Reportingprozess sowie Erstellung von Kennzahlen und Auswertungen
  • Verantwortung für die Personaladministration von Ein- bis Austritt inklusive Payroll, Quellensteuer und Zeitwirtschaft
  • Abwicklung der Sozialversicherungen sowie Erstellung von HR-Kennzahlen und Analysen
  • Betreuung und Begleitung der Lernenden im Bereich Rechnungswesen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen in Finanzen und HR

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ
  • Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Treuhand oder HF Betriebswirtschaft) und/oder im HR (z. B. HR-Fachausweis oder CAS Human Resources Management)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen eines KMU, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld oder einem Produktionsunternehmen
  • Erfahrung in einer generalistischen Funktion mit Berührungspunkten zu Finanzen und HR
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Finanzbuchhaltung, MWST-Abrechnungen sowie Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Erfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung, Personaladministration und den Schweizer Sozialversicherungen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP) und Reporting-Tools
  • Gutes Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Finanzbuchhaltung, Payroll und HR-Prozessen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit zeichnen Sie aus
  • Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf gutem beruflichem Niveau
