L-entreprise associe tradition industrielle, technologies de pointe et standards de qualité élevés pour répondre aux attentes d-une clientèle internationale.

Afin de poursuivre le développement de ses activités industrielles et de renforcer sa performance opérationnelle, nous recherchons, dans le cadre d-un mandat exclusif confié à swisselect ag, une personnalité entrepreneuriale, passionnée par la technique et la production, pour occuper la fonction de Responsable des Opérations (H/F).

Votre mission : piloter, fédérer et faire progresser ###

Dans cette fonction à la fois stratégique et opérationnelle, vous assumez la responsabilité globale des activités industrielles de Bien-Air Dental. Vous pilotez la production sur le site de Bienne, comprenant la fabrication et l-assemblage, ainsi que les activités d-assemblage et de réparation au Portugal. Vous dirigez également les fonctions Supply Chain, Industrialisation et Qualité Opérationnelle.

Votre mission consiste à garantir une production performante, fiable et compétitive, dans le respect des exigences de qualité, de coûts et de délais. Vous optimisez les processus industriels, développez les capacités de production et conduisez des projets d-amélioration continue avec vos équipes.

Véritable leader de terrain, vous aimez comprendre les procédés de fabrication, analyser les problématiques techniques et développer des solutions concrètes. Vous fédérez vos équipes autour d-objectifs ambitieux et encouragez une culture de responsabilité, de collaboration et de performance. Membre du comité de direction élargi, vous contribuez activement aux orientations stratégiques de l-entreprise et à leur mise en œuvre industrielle.

Votre profil : une personnalité industrielle et entrepreneuriale ###

  • Vous disposez d-une formation technique initiale, idéalement en mécanique, micromécanique ou automatisation
  • Votre profil est complétée par une formation supérieure d-ingénieur ETS/HES ou équivalente
  • Vous justifiez d-au moins dix années d-expérience dans un environnement industriel exigeant, tel que la mécanique de précision, les technologies médicales ou l-aéronautique
  • Vous possédez une solide expérience dans la conduite d-équipes pluridisciplinaires, la gestion de production et les projets d-amélioration continue
  • Vous maîtrisez les enjeux industriels et savez conjuguer excellence technique, efficacité économique et développement humain
  • Vous communiquez aisément en français et en anglais et êtes disposé·e à voyager

Au-delà de vos compétences, nous recherchons une personnalité affirmée, pragmatique et entreprenante, dotée d-un leadership naturel, d-une forte capacité de décision et d-une véritable passion pour l-industrie. Proche du terrain, vous savez mobiliser vos collaborateurs et transformer les défis en résultats concrets.
