The posting

Nous ouvrons un poste d’un Chef de projet spécialisé IAM/GIA afin de renforcer une équipe basée à Givisiez. Le poste s’inscrit dans un programme stratégique de cybersécurité consacré à la gestion des identités et des accès. La mission consiste notamment à piloter l’évolution ou le remplacement de la plateforme IAM existante, tout en intégrant les problématiques Cloud, Cloud Native et les identités non humaines.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Piloter un projet IAM/GIA transverse, depuis le cadrage et la planification jusqu’au suivi des budgets, risques, dépendances, jalons et instances de gouvernance.
  • Construire, avec les responsables sécurité et les architectes, les différents scénarios d’architecture cible et fournir les éléments nécessaires aux arbitrages.
  • Définir et conduire une feuille de route priorisée, avec des responsabilités clairement attribuées et des livrables mesurables.
  • Superviser l’évolution ou le remplacement de la solution IAM en place et organiser, si nécessaire, les phases de coexistence, de migration et de décommissionnement.
  • Intégrer dans la stratégie IAM l’ensemble du cycle de vie des identités humaines et non humaines, notamment les comptes techniques, services, applications, API et workloads.
  • Prendre en compte les problématiques SSO, MFA, fédération d’identités, AD/Entra ID, PAM/PIM, provisioning, habilitations et recertification des accès.
  • Veiller à l’intégration des enjeux IAM et de gestion des secrets dans les environnements Cloud, Kubernetes, conteneurs et chaînes CI/CD.
  • Fédérer et coordonner les équipes techniques, sécurité, métiers, gouvernance, architecture ainsi que les fournisseurs externes.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou parcours jugé équivalent.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans la conduite de projets ICT complexes impliquant plusieurs équipes et domaines.
  • Expérience concrète de projets IAM/IGA, notamment dans l’évolution, la transformation ou le remplacement d’une plateforme de gestion des identités.
  • Expérience de projets ICT menés dans des environnements Cloud, hybrides ou Cloud Native, avec une bonne compréhension de Kubernetes et des conteneurs.
  • Solides connaissances des problématiques IAM : cycle de vie des identités, provisioning, rôles et habilitations, SSO, MFA, fédération, AD/Entra ID, PAM/PIM et identités non humaines.
  • Certification en gestion de projet telle que HERMES, PMP ou PRINCE2, ou qualification équivalente. Des certifications IAM, cybersécurité ou architecture d’entreprise constituent un avantage.
  • Une connaissance de solutions telles qu’EmpowerID, Omada, SailPoint, One Identity ou midPoint ainsi qu’une expérience des appels d’offres publics suisses sont appréciées.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne compréhension de l’anglais, avec leadership, autonomie, capacité de synthèse et aisance dans la communication avec des interlocuteurs techniques et décisionnels.
