Nous ouvrons un poste de IT Developer / Business Analyst pour renforcer une équipe IT intervenant dans un environnement bancaire exigeant. Ce rôle hybride associe développement applicatif, analyse fonctionnelle et participation à la livraison de projets IT, avec des interactions régulières avec les métiers, les équipes techniques et les fournisseurs de solutions.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Analyser les besoins fonctionnels, techniques et de sécurité afin de définir et planifier les solutions à mettre en œuvre.
  • Concevoir, développer, tester et déployer des applications en respectant les standards et processus IT établis.
  • Assurer la maintenance applicative et le support niveau 3, notamment sur les incidents complexes et leur résolution.
  • Recueillir les besoins métiers et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques adaptées aux équipes de développement.
  • Préparer et coordonner les phases de tests SIT et UAT, tout en assurant le suivi des risques, anomalies et dépendances.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes IT, les utilisateurs et les fournisseurs, tout en maintenant une documentation claire et en accompagnant les utilisateurs lors des mises en production.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou les services financiers.
  • Solide maîtrise de Java 8+, ainsi qu’une expérience avec Angular et Vue.js.
  • Excellentes compétences en SQL, notamment sur Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server et Sybase.
  • Expérience avec Git et les outils d’automatisation des déploiements ; la connaissance des API, du Cloud et des technologies d’intégration constitue un atout.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, IT, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent, avec des connaissances du secteur bancaire et idéalement une expérience en Business Analysis.
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais, avec de solides capacités d’analyse et de communication, ainsi qu’un profil autonome, rigoureux et proactif.
