The posting

Nous ouvrons un poste de Business Analyst / Oracle PL/SQL Developer Senior afin de renforcer une équipe bancaire basée à Genève. Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de transformation des données et des plateformes Core Banking, vous interviendrez sur l’évolution d’un Operational Data Store (ODS) central, garantissant la circulation et la qualité des données entre les systèmes bancaires et les applications métiers.

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins fonctionnels et techniques lors d’ateliers avec les différentes parties prenantes, puis rédiger les spécifications associées.
  • Concevoir, développer et optimiser des composants Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procédures, vues) tout en garantissant la performance, la maintenabilité et la robustesse des solutions.
  • Développer et faire évoluer des scripts UNIX/KornShell permettant l’orchestration des traitements batch et des flux de données internationaux.
  • Participer à la définition des solutions en collaboration avec les équipes d’architecture, les analystes métiers et les équipes de développement réparties sur plusieurs sites.
  • Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des bases de données et des interfaces en améliorant continuellement la stabilité et la qualité de service.
  • Superviser les déploiements, accompagner les mises en production et intervenir dans l’analyse et la résolution des incidents complexes.
  • Garantir la cohérence et l’intégrité des données entre les différents systèmes de l’écosystème bancaire.
  • Produire une documentation complète (spécifications, procédures d’exploitation, guides techniques et runbooks) et exploiter les outils d’IA pour accélérer les activités de documentation et de partage de connaissances.

Prérequis du poste

  • Expérience significative de 7 minimum dans des fonctions d’analyse et de développement orientées Oracle au sein d’environnements critiques de production.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Oracle PL/SQL, incluant l’optimisation des performances et la gestion avancée des erreurs.
  • Solide expérience des environnements UNIX et du scripting KornShell (ksh) ou équivalent.
  • Capacité démontrée à recueillir les besoins métiers et à rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques de qualité.
  • Expérience en support de production, gestion des déploiements, traitement des incidents et amélioration continue des plateformes de données.
  • Bonne connaissance des environnements bancaires, idéalement liés au Core Banking, aux flux de données opérationnels ou à la gestion de patrimoine.
  • Maîtrise des outils de collaboration et de livraison tels que Jira, Confluence, Git et les pratiques CI/CD.
  • Résidence suisse obligatoire et aptitude à collaborer efficacement avec des équipes internationales.
