Nous ouvrons un poste d’Ingénieur DevOps pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Genève. Vous rejoindrez une équipe spécialisée dans l’administration, le support et l’évolution des outils DevOps et SDLC utilisés par les équipes de développement et d’infrastructure. Dans un contexte exigeant et orienté amélioration continue, votre mission principale consistera à optimiser, standardiser et automatiser les plateformes afin d’améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle et l’expérience des utilisateurs.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Participer à l’administration, à la maintenance et à l’évolution d’un ensemble d’outils DevOps et de gestion du cycle de vie applicatif.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des améliorations techniques visant à renforcer la performance, la fiabilité et l’efficacité des plateformes.
  • Évaluer de nouvelles fonctionnalités, intégrations et opportunités d’automatisation afin de simplifier les processus et les usages.
  • Définir et faire évoluer les standards de configuration, les bonnes pratiques et les modèles de gouvernance associés aux outils.
  • Accompagner les équipes lors de leur adoption des solutions DevOps et assurer un support de qualité auprès des utilisateurs.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’architecture, sécurité, infrastructure et développement pour garantir l’alignement des outils avec les standards de l’entreprise.
  • Identifier les axes d’optimisation liés à la sécurité, à la scalabilité, à la stabilité et aux coûts d’exploitation.
  • Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route des plateformes DevOps.
  • Minimum 5 années d’expérience pratique dans l’administration et l’évolution d’outils DevOps et de plateformes SDLC.
  • Solide expérience dans la conception et le déploiement de solutions DevOps adaptées à des environnements complexes.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils tels que Git, Azure DevOps Server, Jira, Ansible Automation Platform, Artifactory, SonarQube, Docker, OpenShift et Confluence.
  • Compétences confirmées en automatisation et scripting avec Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Groovy ou Shell/KSH.
  • Bonne connaissance des pratiques d’intégration et de déploiement continus (CI/CD).
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et aptitude à concevoir des solutions innovantes lorsqu’aucun modèle existant n’est disponible.
  • Aisance dans la coordination avec de multiples parties prenantes techniques et capacité à transformer les besoins utilisateurs en améliorations concrètes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, documentation et présentation, avec une pratique courante du français et de l’anglais.
