Contexte

Nous ouvrons un poste de Chef de projet Governance Risk and Compliance pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Lausanne.

Dans le cadre de l’évolution de sa stratégie cybersécurité, notre client souhaite renforcer le pilotage de plusieurs initiatives liées à la gouvernance, à la gestion des risques et à la conformité (GRC).

Responsabilites du poste

  • Structurer et assurer le pilotage d’un portefeuille de projets GRC, depuis leur cadrage jusqu’à leur clôture.
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants issus des équipes IT, métiers et fonctions transverses afin de garantir l’avancement des initiatives.
  • Mettre en place une vision consolidée du portefeuille et assurer un reporting régulier auprès du management.
  • Identifier, documenter et suivre les risques, dépendances, décisions et plans d’actions associés aux projets.
  • Organiser et animer les comités de pilotage, ateliers et autres instances de gouvernance nécessaires.
  • Préparer les éléments permettant de faciliter les prises de décision et les arbitrages.
  • Veiller à l’application des bonnes pratiques et standards de gestion de projet en vigueur au sein de l’organisation.
  • Contribuer au suivi des activités opérationnelles (RUN) de l’équipe GRC.
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de plusieurs projets transverses menés en parallèle, idéalement dans des environnements IT complexes.
  • Solides connaissances des enjeux liés à la cybersécurité, à la gouvernance, à la gestion des risques, à l’audit et à la conformité.
  • Capacité à organiser des projets complexes et à fédérer efficacement de nombreux interlocuteurs autour d’objectifs communs.
  • Aisance dans la préparation et la conduite de comités, ateliers, workshops et instances décisionnelles.
  • Expérience dans la conception de reportings synthétiques destinés au management et aux instances dirigeantes.
  • Maîtrise des principaux outils et méthodes de gestion de projet : planification, budget, gestion des risques, dépendances, RAID log, gouvernance et accompagnement du changement.
  • Expérience acquise dans un contexte réglementé ou soumis à des contraintes fortes en matière de contrôle, de conformité ou d’audit.
