Nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) de projet Data Office pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Nyon. Évoluant dans un environnement industriel exigeant, l’entreprise accélère sa transformation numérique et souhaite intégrer un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) afin de piloter des initiatives de transformation des systèmes d’information, accompagner la rationalisation du portefeuille applicatif et garantir l’alignement avec les principes d’architecture d’entreprise.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter et coordonner des projets de transformation Data Office et IT impliquant de multiples parties prenantes métiers et techniques.
  • Conduire les initiatives de rationalisation du portefeuille applicatif en identifiant les redondances, en évaluant les opportunités d’optimisation et en soutenant les décisions stratégiques.
  • Veiller à ce que les livrables des projets et les choix technologiques soient conformes aux principes d’architecture d’entreprise et aux modèles opérationnels cibles.
  • Définir et maintenir les dispositifs de gouvernance des projets, incluant les comités de pilotage, le reporting, la gestion des risques et le suivi des décisions.
  • Élaborer et gérer des plans projets intégrés en garantissant l’alignement sur les jalons, dépendances, livrables et ressources.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes métiers, les architectes et les experts techniques afin de traduire les besoins métier en feuilles de route de transformation concrètes et réalisables.
  • Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des projets, des risques et des indicateurs de performance, tout en garantissant une communication claire et structurée auprès des parties prenantes et de la direction.
  • Accompagner les activités de conduite du changement afin de favoriser l’adoption des solutions, le transfert de connaissances et la réussite durable des initiatives de transformation.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets complexes de transformation IT, Data ou Digitale au sein de grandes organisations.
  • Excellente compréhension des enjeux de transformation des systèmes d’information, de gestion du portefeuille applicatif et des initiatives de conduite du changement.
  • Expérience de collaboration avec des équipes d’architecture d’entreprise et contribution aux décisions stratégiques en matière de technologies.
  • Solides compétences en analyse métier, avec la capacité de traduire les besoins fonctionnels en plans de mise en œuvre concrets et en résultats mesurables.
  • Maîtrise des pratiques de gouvernance de projet, de gestion des parties prenantes, de communication et de reporting auprès de la direction.
  • Une certification telle que PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, PMI-ACP ou équivalent constitue un atout important.
  • Familiarité avec les outils de gestion de portefeuille projets (PPM) et de gouvernance.
  • Expérience dans des contextes de transformation à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
  • Capacité à évoluer à l’interface entre les métiers, la Data, l’IT et l’architecture d’entreprise.
  • Maitrise du français et de l’anglais
