Nous ouvrons un poste de Business Analyst IT (statistique / data) pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client basé à Renens. Dans le cadre d’un programme de modernisation d’un système d’information dédié à l’analyse statistique, vous interviendrez sur la préparation et le pilotage d’un appel d’offres visant à sélectionner une solution ainsi qu’un partenaire d’intégration.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Structurer et préparer l’ensemble de la documentation nécessaire à l’appel d’offres.
  • Finaliser et organiser les livrables clés tels que le cahier des charges, le recueil des exigences, le cahier de réponses et les grilles d’évaluation.
  • Rédiger les demandes de clarification destinées aux soumissionnaires et consolider leurs retours.
  • Préparer et formaliser les réponses aux questions émises durant la procédure de consultation.
  • Participer à l’analyse et à l’évaluation des propositions reçues.
  • Contribuer aux auditions et ateliers de présentation des candidats retenus.
  • Accompagner la phase de Proof of Concept (PoC) afin de compléter et affiner l’évaluation des solutions.
  • Préparer les synthèses d’aide à la décision et les recommandations pour la sélection finale.
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que Business Analyst dans des environnements BI, Data ou décisionnels.
  • Solide compréhension des enjeux liés aux systèmes d’information statistiques et analytiques.
  • Expérience dans la collecte, la formalisation et la gestion des exigences métier.
  • Maîtrise des processus d’évaluation et de sélection de solutions technologiques.
  • Capacité à produire une documentation claire, structurée et adaptée à un contexte d’appel d’offres.
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec des parties prenantes métier et techniques.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction.
  • Une expérience dans la conduite ou la préparation d’un appel d’offres selon le cadre AIMP constitue un atout important.
  • Parfaite maitrise du française
