Nous ouvrons un poste de Chef(fe) de projet applicatif senior pour renforcer l'équipe de notre client proche de Fribourg. Dans un environnement institutionnel exigeant, vous interviendrez sur plusieurs initiatives liées à la transformation numérique et aux services publics, en assurant la coordination et le pilotage de projets pour différents mandants aux besoins variés

Responsabilités du poste

  • Piloter plusieurs projets applicatifs en parallèle, de l'initiation jusqu'à la mise en production.
  • Assurer la planification, le suivi budgétaire et l'allocation des ressources nécessaires aux projets.
  • Coordonner les différents acteurs impliqués, qu'ils soient métiers, techniques ou prestataires externes.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des objectifs fixés.
  • Identifier les risques, mettre en place les plans d'actions appropriés et suivre leur évolution.
  • Faciliter la communication entre les parties prenantes et assurer un reporting régulier.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction de la documentation projet et à la formalisation des processus.
  • Veiller au respect des délais et à la bonne exécution des projets confiés.
  • Expérience significative en gestion de projets applicatifs, idéalement dans des environnements complexes et multi-acteurs.
  • Solide expertise en pilotage de projets incluant la gestion des coûts, des plannings, des ressources et de la qualité.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet, notamment HERMES, Agile ou des approches hybrides.
  • Expérience dans des projets de développement, d'intégration ou de déploiement d'applications.
  • Capacité à appréhender les enjeux techniques et à dialoguer avec les équipes IT.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Aisance relationnelle reconnue pour coordonner des interlocuteurs variés et favoriser la collaboration.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur public suisse ainsi qu'une connaissance des procédures d'appels d'offres constituent des atouts.
  • Parfaite maitrise du français
