Nous ouvrons un poste d’Ingénieur IA pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Lausanne et Fribourg. Cette mission vise à faire évoluer une plateforme d’intelligence artificielle spécialisée dans le traitement de contenus juridiques. Vous intégrerez une équipe multidisciplinaire déjà en place afin d’accélérer le développement des applications IA, contribuer à des projets de recherche appliquée et accompagner le déploiement de ces solutions auprès de différentes administrations publiques.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Concevoir, entraîner et améliorer des modèles d’intelligence artificielle dédiés à des cas d’usage juridiques.
  • Participer aux travaux de recherche et de veille technologique dans le domaine de l’IA générative et du traitement du langage naturel.
  • Réaliser le pré-entraînement continu de modèles de type Transformers et optimiser leur performance.
  • Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de fine-tuning avancées (SFT, RLHF/DPO, LoRA, QLoRA) et définir les méthodologies d’évaluation associées.
  • Développer et maintenir des pipelines de données robustes garantissant qualité, traçabilité, reproductibilité et gouvernance des datasets.
  • Assurer le déploiement, l’exploitation et le monitoring des modèles via des pratiques MLOps modernes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour intégrer les composants IA dans les applications métier.
  • Participer à l’installation et à l’industrialisation des solutions dans le cadre des projets de digitalisation de la justice.
  • Solide expérience en développement de moteurs IA, assistants conversationnels ou solutions basées sur les grands modèles de langage (LLM).
  • Excellente maîtrise du pré-entraînement de modèles, de la tokenisation, de la gestion des vocabulaires et des métriques d’évaluation.
  • Expertise en fine-tuning supervisé et techniques d’alignement, avec une bonne connaissance des approches LoRA et QLoRA.
  • Expérience confirmée en ingénierie des données : pipelines, qualité des données, déduplication, versioning et reproductibilité.
  • Maîtrise des environnements MLOps, de l’orchestration de conteneurs (Podman, Kubernetes) et de l’optimisation des ressources GPU.
  • Capacité à assurer le suivi de la performance, du monitoring et des coûts d’exploitation des modèles IA.
  • Bonne expérience du développement backend Java avec Quarkus, notamment sur les API REST et l’intégration de services IA.
  • La connaissance d’Angular et Angular Material constitue un atout pour contribuer à l’industrialisation des applications.
  • Parfaite maitrise du français
  • Poste sur site basé à Lausanne 4 jours par semaine et 1 jour par semaine à Fribourg
