Шукаємо фахівеця із супроводу клієнтських договорів до команди клієнтської служби насіннєвого бізнесу. На цій посаді ви забезпечуватимете своєчасне оформлення та супровід клієнтських договорів, підтримуватимете актуальність договірної документації та взаємодіятимете з клієнтами й внутрішніми командами.

Основні обов’язки

  • Готувати та супроводжувати клієнтські договори, додаткові угоди й пов’язану документацію відповідно до затверджених шаблонів і процедур.
  • Координувати погодження та підписання документів із клієнтами й відповідними підрозділами компанії.
  • Забезпечувати коректність і своєчасне оновлення договірних даних у внутрішніх системах.
  • Вести облік договорів, відстежувати їхній статус і забезпечувати належне зберігання документації.
  • Надавати клієнтам і комерційній команді підтримку з питань оформлення договорів.
  • Співпрацювати з командами продажів, клієнтської служби, фінансів та юридичним відділом для своєчасного вирішення договірних питань.
  • Дотримуватися корпоративних процедур і вимог конфіденційності та сприяти вдосконаленню документообігу.

Кваліфікації

  • Досвід роботи з договорами, документообігом або у клієнтській службі.
  • Уважність до деталей та відповідальний підхід до роботи з інформацією.
  • Організованість і здатність працювати з кількома завданнями одночасно.
  • Хороші комунікаційні навички та клієнтоорієнтованість.
  • Уміння співпрацювати з різними командами.
  • Впевнене користування MS Office та готовність працювати у внутрішніх інформаційних системах.
  • Досвід в аграрному секторі буде перевагою.
