Serás parte del equipo de Compliance LATAM, dando soporte a iniciativas que promueven el comportamiento ético, la prevención y la gestión responsable de situaciones reportadas. A través de los valores Pasión por el Cliente, El cómo importa y Ejecución determinada, vivirás una experiencia de aprendizaje con impacto regional. A continuacion, los detalles:

Responsabilidades

  • Dar soporte operativo al equipo de Compliance LATAM en sus actividades rutinarias.
  • Colaborar en la recolección y organización de información para evaluaciones e investigaciones de Compliance.
  • Apoyar el análisis de información y la elaboración de reportes de Business Intelligence cuando sea requerido.
  • Contribuir a la adaptación y comunicación de políticas internas, campañas, capacitaciones e iniciativas de Compliance LATAM.
  • Coordinar comunicaciones y actividades con Compliance Champions y otros stakeholders regionales.

Requisitos

— Ser estudiante avanzado/a de Derecho, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.

— Manejo de MS Office, especialmente Excel, para organizar, analizar y reportar información.

— Inglés avanzado.

— Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, relacionamiento interpersonal y escucha activa.

— Criterio, objetividad, discreción y madurez para trabajar con información sensible.

— Proactividad, autonomía, organización y orientación al logro.

— Interés por ética corporativa, Compliance, liderazgo, relaciones laborales o gestión de riesgos.
