Buscamos estudiantes de Grado o Máster en Agronomía, Biotecnología o Genética Vegetal para unirse a nuestro equipo de Breeding en un programa de prácticas universitarias.

Formarás parte del equipo que realiza ensayos y pruebas exhaustivas para evaluar el rendimiento y la calidad de nuestras variedades de semillas de lechuga, asegurando que cumplen los más altos estándares de calidad antes de su lanzamiento comercial.

Nuestro equipo de Breeding colabora estrechamente con Trialing, Seed Development y Marketing para garantizar el éxito de cada variedad.

¿Qué harás durante las prácticas?

  • Planificación y diseño de ensayos Selección de ubicaciones, diseño de parcelas y planificación logística para evaluar variedades en distintas condiciones ambientales y agronómicas.
  • Recogida y registro de datos Obtención de datos precisos y detallados (cualitativos y cuantitativos) sobre el rendimiento de las variedades en los ensayos.
  • Análisis e interpretación de resultados Evaluación de datos para identificar las variedades más prometedoras y apoyar decisiones sobre su futura comercialización.

Además, trabajarás en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo, rodeado de profesionales con amplia experiencia, participando en:

  • Seed Development → aportando feedback sobre el rendimiento en campo.
  • Marketing → contribuyendo al desarrollo de nuevas metodologías de evaluación.

Qualifications

Requisitos

  • Estar matriculado/a en universidad (último curso de Grado o Máster) y con posibilidad de firmar acuerdo de prácticas.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar las prácticas entre diciembre 2026 y mayo 2027.
  • Disponibilidad de 5 horas diarias por la mañana.
  • Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas.
  • Pasión por el trabajo de campo (80% del tiempo en cultivos).
  • Interés por el área de Breeding (mejoramiento genético).
  • Vehículo propio para acudir al centro de trabajo.
