Job Description

  • Развитие технической экспертизы отдела продаж
  • Развитие и поддержка региональной технической экспертизы отдела продаж: проведение полевого обучения для отдела продаж и внешних клиентов (дистрибьюторы, хозяйства, агенты влияния)
  • Региональное позиционирование продуктов
  • Региональная адаптация технического позиционирования: сбор информации по местным технологиям, фитосанитарным ситуациям и т.д, создание локальных историй для продвижения продуктов, reasons to believe, ROI
  • Планирование, адаптация методологии и разработка протоколов, консультирование по закладке демо-опытов (районного масштаба для локальных семинаров), мониторинг опытных участков, сбор и первичный анализ результатов
  • Техническая поддержка региональной команды продаж и маркетинга
  • Участие в разработке и поддержка кампаний на уровне региона: составление плана кампаний, выступления на региональных семинарах
  • Построение взаимодействия с локальными агентами влияния по продвижению новых продуктов
  • Участие в рассмотрении рекламаций в соответствии с установленной процедурой;
  • Управление сервисными программами
  • Поддержка и имплементация, координация сервисов для создания спроса, обеспечения эффективного применения продуктов и поддержки продаж проведение обследования полей
  • Продвижение сервисных программ для CTGs

Qualifications

  • Высшее агрономическое образование
  • Опыт работы от 3х лет в области сельскохозяйственного производства и\или полевой опыт в коммерческой организации
  • Знания энтомологии, фитопатологии и гербологии
  • Глубокое знание рынка СЗР (тренды, основные игроки, цепи сбыта продукции, ценообразование на основные культуры)
  • Наличие водительского удостоверения
