  • Assist with workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting and investigations, and tracking corrective actions.
  • Support chemical safety, hazardous-material handling, environmental stewardship activities, and maintenance of audit-ready HSE procedures and documentation.
  • Help maintain emergency-preparedness processes and promote a proactive, open safety culture across site teams.
  • Provide hands-on seed lab and seasonal operational support, including seed preparation, treatment, packaging, inventory tracking, shipping, equipment readiness, and peak-period field activities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
