Die Syngenta Seeds GmbH in Bad Salzuflen sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n): Verkaufsberater Saatgut (w/m/d) - Region Niederbayern / Oberbayern

Stellenbeschreibung

Als Verkaufsberater stehen unsere Partner, die Landwirte, im Fokus. Bei Terminen vor Ort erzeugen Sie Nachfrage nach unseren Produkten und beraten Ihre Kunden mit der Unterstützung von digitalen Tools und Services. Sie sind in Ihrer Region für die Umsetzung der jeweiligen Saatgut-Kampagne und die Erreichung der festgelegten Verkaufsziele verantwortlich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Abschluss von Saatgutgeschäften bei zugewiesenen Landwirten im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet
  • Steuerung des Verkaufsverlaufs in der Saison gemäß der Planung und Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Vertriebs- und Marketing-Ziele
  • Betreuung von Landwirten in Abstimmung mit dem Regionalleiter im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet
  • Beratung in agronomischen Fragen mit den digitalen Services von Syngenta
  • Durchführung von saisonalen Kampagnen bei zugewiesenen Landwirten im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet
  • Vermarktung des Syngenta Portfolios im eigenen Verkaufsgebiet in Abstimmung mit dem Regionalleiter
  • Erfassung und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten durch tägliche Nutzung der CRM-Systeme
  • Periodische Berichte aus dem Tagesgeschäft an den Regionalleiter, inkl. Entwicklung der Nachfrage oder Problemen bei Verfügbarkeiten und Logistik
  • Aufbau von stabilen, beruflichen Beziehungen mit Landwirten basierend auf anerkannter Expertise und Vertrauen

Qualifikationen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

  • Ausbildung/abgeschlossene Lehre in der Landwirtschaft
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und Vertriebsaffinität, idealerweise im Bereich Saatgut
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Pflanzenbau oder starkes Interesse sich diese anzueignen
  • Affinität zur Nutzung von digitalen Instrumenten zur Verkaufsunterstützung (digitales Verkaufen, digitales Beraten)
  • Strukturiertes, umsetzungsstarkes und team-orientiertes Arbeiten
  • Verkaufs- und Verhandlungstalent, Verständnis für die Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit innerhalb des eigenen Verkaufsgebietes, um Kunden zu unterstützen
